PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION LETTER

The following form is to be completed by a pastor or leader who knows you personally for at least a year, and who is aware of your gifts and calling. You may send this link to them to complete. For ease of the registration process, we recommend that your pastor or leader completes this form within 3 days of your application submission.

The participant is seeking admission into WILDERNESS, a 21-day school at Burning Hearts, and is requesting your recommendation. Your responses to the following questions will help us to better evaluate the participant.
